Anne Hathaway brought back a certain famous sweater from The Devil Wears Prada.
Hathaway, 42, took to TikTok on Monday, July 21, to revive a nearly identical blue sweater as the cerulean knit her character, Andrea “Andy” Sachs, wore while being corrected by Miranda Priestly (Meryl Streep) in the 2006 movie. In the clip, Hathaway jumped into the frame while brushing her teeth. She went makeup-free in the clip and showed off her loosely curled brunette strands.
“Heading to werk #dwp2,” Hathaway captioned the post. Fans went wild for the sweater in the comments section.
“The cerulean sweater??” one follower questioned, while another quoted Streep’s line, “It’s not just blue, its not turquoise, it’s not lapis. It’s actually cerulean .” A third commented, “SHE’S WEARING THAT CERULEAN BLUE!!!!” Ashley Benson even got in on the fun, writing that Hathaway bringing back the sweater was “iconic.”
