Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, responded to her claims he stole her laptop, and accused her of cheating on him during their marriage, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
In response to Richards’ claims that he violated the temporary restraining order in place by leaking nude photos from her devices, Phypers tells Us, “I absolutely deny the false allegations that I violated the restraining order or stole Denise’s laptop or cell phones.”
“These claims are not only untrue — they are being weaponized to damage my reputation and distract from the truth,” Phypers, 52, added. “In reality, Denise took my phone without consent, physically assaulted me when I tried to retrieve it, and later I discovered it smashed and hidden in a black trash bag inside the recycling bin.”
Phypers continued, “That phone was my personal property, and it contained years of private memories, messages, and evidence of our life together. Let me be very clear: all photos, videos, and communications she is referring to originated from my phone — which I lawfully own.”

He added, “Nothing was stolen or hacked. We were a married couple who shared everything — phones, iPads, laptops. Denise often insisted on transparency between us and even asked me, in both verbal and written messages, to check her phone to rebuild trust after I discovered her affair in early April.”
Denise Richards’ Ex Aaron Phypers Denies Abuse Allegations
Phypers told Us, “The betrayal of discovering that she continued her relationship with Rudy Reyes — while asking me to stay and fix the marriage — was heartbreaking. Despite this, I filed for divorce on July 7 due to her ongoing infidelity.”
Richards appeared on the reality show Special Forces: World’s Toughest Challenge with Reyes. Us reached out to Reyes for comment but did not hear back.

“Six days later, she and her legal team made these damaging accusations, likely in an attempt to avoid equitable division of what we built together during the marriage,” he told Us. “I have nothing to hide. Her legal team’s efforts to twist the narrative and create false evidence are deeply unethical and will have serious consequences.”

The Wild Things star claimed her ex had repeatedly violated the temporary restraining order in place by leaking photos, including nude images, and information from her laptop that “he stole.”
“I am in extreme distress and greatly disturbed since Aaron has been repeatedly disseminating private text messages stolen from my laptop after the TRO has been issued and I have warned him numerous times not to disseminate any information from my cell phone or laptop,” she said.
The judge granted Richards’ request and ordered Phypers not to leak any material on her devices.
