Duane “Dog the Bounty Hunter” Chapman’s stepson, Gregory Zecca, has disabled his Instagram following a family tragedy.

After news broke that his 13-year-old son, Anthony, was shot and killed in a freak accident, Gregory’s Instagram seemingly disappeared from public view.

“We are grieving as a family over this incomprehensible tragic accident,” Dog and his wife, Francie Chapman, said in a statement to TMZ on Sunday, July 20. “[We] would ask for continued prayers as we grieve the loss of our beloved grandson, Anthony.”

According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, authorities responded to a call about a shooting in Naples, Florida, on Saturday, July 19, shortly after 8 p.m.

While Gregory works with his stepdad on his bounty hunting team, both Dog and Francie have shared glimpses into their family bond off the clock on social media.

In July 2023, the couple shared a selfie with Anthony as he celebrated his birthday.

“The Boy Is 11 Today & We’re On Our Way To Bush Gardens For Birthday Fun !!!” Francie wrote via Instagram at the time.

After Dog and Francie got married in September 2022, the bride gave thanks to the family members who were always supportive.
