Today show host Dylan Dreyer and her estranged husband, Brian Fichera, reunited for a weekend golf outing with their 8-year-old son, Calvin, following news of their split.

“Figured out how to do better at @acchampionship … team up with Calvin for a best ball! My buddy gets to join us on the course now!” Dreyer, 43, wrote via Instagram on Saturday, July 26, alongside a selfie of her, Fichera, 38, and Calvin. (Dreyer and Brian also share sons Oliver, 5, and Rusty, 3.)

Dreyer and Fichera’s golf game comes a week after she announced that the pair had split after more than 10 years of marriage.

“For many years I have shared my family with you all — the highs and lows,” she wrote via Instagram earlier this month. “The ups and downs. And all of the blessings and beautiful memories in between.”

Dreyer noted that she is “incredibly grateful for the support and love” that her followers have given her “through it all.”

“For that reason, I want to share with you that a few months ago, Brian and I made the decision to separate,” she explained. “We began as friends and we will remain the closest of friends. Most importantly, we will continue to coparent our three wonderful boys together with nothing but love and respect for one another. Thank you as always for your support.”

The duo first crossed paths and fell in love in the early 2000s while working at WHDH in Boston, where Dreyer was an anchor and Fichera was an in-studio technician.

“When he started working more, he’d hang out more in the Weather Center with our friend Todd. The three of us started hanging out more and more outside of work, building our friendship and getting closer,” she wrote on her wedding blog, per Good Housekeeping. “After a few years, we had a small party at Brian’s house which we dubbed the Jammy Jam. It was then that I realized I had totally fallen for him and from there it was history!”

Dreyer and Fichera went on to tie the knot in 2012 and welcome three sons. The twosome continued to work together at NBC, where Fichera works as a producer and cameraman for NBC News and Dreyer is part of the anchor team for Today.

Ahead of their split, the former couple celebrated 12 years of marriage in October 2024.

“12 years of marriage and I’m still in my happy place. Sitting on the couch with @fishlense,” Dreyer captioned two selfies on Instagram of her and Fichera sitting on the couch together smiling. “After I took this picture, Brian pointed out that I posted the same thing 2 years ago! Not much has changed and I wouldn’t change a thing. Love you Bri!!”
