In a win for Trump, Supreme Court limits nationwide injunctions

The conservative majority on the Supreme Court limited the ability of individual lower-level courts to put the brakes on parts of a president’s agenda with nationwide injunctions. The ruling came in a case involving birthright citizenship. NBC News’ Laura Jarrett reports.
