Jenna Ortega’s Stylist Laughs as 'Wednesday' Star Struggles in Tight Skirt

Jenna Ortega takes her looks seriously.

The Wednesday actress’ stylist, Enrique Melendez, took to Instagram Stories on Tuesday, August 12, to give fans an inside look at what it really took for Ortega, 22, to wear a fitted Dilara Findikoglu dress while doing press for the Netflix show in South Korea. In the clip, Melendez walked easily up a staircase while Ortega looked unhappy and trailed next to him.

“As I let her struggle up the stairs in a super slim pencil skirt to take a video ,” he captioned the post.

Ortega’s dress featured a black crocodile print silhouette that hugged her curves with a bodycon fit that cascaded past her knees. The top of the design was finished with a corset bodice complete with lace cups, shoulder pads and long sleeves.

The actress complemented her ensemble with goth glam. Her makeup included bleached brows, smokey eyeshadow with black eyeliner, bronzed cheeks and dark, lined lips. Her brunette hair was parted down the middle and styled in a blowout.

Ortega let the look speak for itself, opting for no jewelry. She accessorized with a round white paper parasol umbrella finished with a bamboo handle and pointed-toe patent leather heels.

During her Wednesday season 2 press tour, Ortega has had no shortage of ethereal looks that her character would approve of. On August 5, she slayed in a black Ann Demeulemeester dress featuring a cowl neckline with silky silhouette adorned with leather details.

She teamed the look with charcoal eyeshadow, long lashes and nude lips.

Perhaps Ortega’s fiercest look was the snakeskin Ashi Studio dress she wore at the show’s London premiere in July. The nude dress looked as if a snake had just shed its skin with a sheer design, a peplum skirt and a lace-up back. Her brunette hair was tied in a knot with her extensions cascading to her waist.
