Jessica Alba and Cash Warren's Dating 'Boundaries' Revealed Post-Split

Jessica Alba and estranged husband Cash Warren are “on the same page” when it comes to dating amid their divorce, a source exclusively tells Us Weekly.

“Jessica and Cash had conversations about dating other people while going through their separation, and agreed they were both fine with it,” the insider says, noting the exes “have both moved on.”

The Fantastic Four actress, 44, and Warren, 46, both have “clear boundaries when it comes to their kids meeting new significant others,” the source explains.

“[They] both agreed to keep things separately for now,” the insider says, adding that “neither of them wants anything serious, so it’s working right now.”

News broke in January that Alba and Warren had split after 16 years of marriage.

“I’ve been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash,” Alba shared via an Instagram statement posted on January 16. “I’m proud of how we’ve grown in our marriage over the last 20 years and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”

The following month, Us confirmed that the pair, who share daughters Honor, 17, and Haven, 14, and son Hayes, 7, both filed for divorce. (According to the court docs, Alba and Warren separated on December 27, 2024.)

Alba and Warren have since moved on romantically. The Honey actress sparked romance speculation with Danny Ramirez in early July when they were spotted arriving in Los Angeles after vacationing in Mexico.

“She is having a lot of fun in this new era,” a source exclusively told Us at the time. “It’s not serious, but she is enjoying time with him.”

That same month, Warren addressed Alba’s budding romance with the Top Gun: Maverick actor, 32, telling TMZ, “I’m happy for her. I don’t know him, but he seems like a good guy.”

Alba continued to spend time with Ramirez in August as Warren was spotted out with actress Hana Sun Doerr. Warren was photographed on August 7 with Doerr, 25, leaving dinner in L.A.

As their dating lives have heated up, Alba and Warren have remained in contact.

“The communication between them has been great,” the source tells Us of how the exes are navigating their lives post-split. “Their relationship has been done for a while now, so things are amicable, and they are both happy.”

The insider adds, “Jessica and Cash promised to keep normalcy for the kids and still do things as a family.”

While the divorce has yet to be finalized, the source says, “It’s not a contentious” situation, claiming, “It won’t be dragged out.”
