Jillian Michaels’ ex-girlfriend Jackie Warner’s previous comments about the celebrity trainer have resurfaced amid The Biggest Loser docuseries drama.

“She’s a lot to handle,” Warner, 57, said of Michaels, 51, during the Friday, August 22, episode of Jess Rothschild‘s “Hot Takes & Deep Dives” podcast, which was previously recorded and shared in 2020. “I used to call her Tasmanian Devil. She got herself worked up.”

Warner, who dated Michaels for seven years starting in 1997, claimed, “What you see on Biggest Loser, take that times 10 and that’s her personal life. She always behaves in that same way.”

She alleged that Michaels — whose tactics were controversial as a coach on The Biggest Loser — has “a lot of anger issues” and “she’s very, very aggressive.”

Warner teased, “I could tell you hilarious stories to back that up, but I won’t just for her sake,” claiming that her ex-girlfriend has “major anger issues” and thinks “everybody’s out to get her.”

Warner, who is also a celebrity fitness trainer, went on to explain that Michaels is allegedly the kind of person who thinks of everything as “it’s either black or white.”

“You’re either all good or you’re evil to the core,” Warner said of Michaels’ alleged headspace. “Most people avoid people they consider evil to the core. She doesn’t. She goes after you, and she tries to destroy you.”

Elsewhere in the podcast, Warner claimed that Michaels is “a horrible person.” She alleged that over time Michaels’ behavior became so “embarrassing” — including “screaming and cursing” in restaurants — that she “fell out of love with her completely.”

Once the pair called it quits, Warner said they didn’t have any mutual friends. “You were either a Jillian supporter or a Jackie supporter,” she recalled.

The last time Warner saw Michaels, which was in the past decade, she said it “wasn’t a good time,” and was reminded of why they split.

“Screamed at me that I was a monster,” she said of the alleged interaction, claiming that the Master Your Metabolism author is “all over the place.”

Us Weekly has reached out to Michaels’ reps for comment.

When Warner’s comments first aired on the podcast in July 2020, Michaels exclusively told Us, “I haven’t spoken to Jackie in nearly two decades. I’ve always wished her the best. I recommend you simply fact-check her claims. The truth is pretty easy to come by.”

Warner’s resurfaced remarks came after Michaels’ past on The Biggest Loser was brought back into the spotlight with the premiere of Netflix’s Fit for TV: The Reality of The Biggest Loser earlier this month.

During the docuseries, Michaels and fellow trainer Bob Harper’s tough-love tactics were highlighted as part of their intense techniques to help the contestants shed weight.

While Harper, 60, agreed to take part in the documentary, Netflix said Michaels “declined to participate.”

Michaels, however, clapped back at several allegations from the show, including her use of caffeine pills for contestants, which she alleged were approved by the show doctor.

Dr. [Robert] Huizenga did approve caffeine pills on many seasons of Biggest Loser,” she wrote via Instagram on Tuesday, August 19. “Bob Harper not only knew about the caffeine pills the ‘stackers fat burner’ were actually his suggestion. I wanted to use my brand instead because they were cleaner and had no more than 200mg of caffeine (equivalent to a strong cup of coffee).” Michaels also claimed that caffeine was “NEVER banned” on the show.

Fit for TV: The Reality of The Biggest Loser is now streaming on Netflix.
