Kaitlyn Bristowe Opens Up About Her Boob Job and Relying on Pain Meds

Kaitlyn Bristowe got real about her breast augmentation.

Bristowe, 40, shared advice to her followers who are considering going under the knife for a boob job three months after her enhancement. During an Instagram Q&A on Thursday, August 21, the Bachelor alum was asked to provide input from a fan who is preparing for surgery

“Make sure you trust your Dr and give him a pic to look at while he does them,” Bristowe suggested. She continued with a candid confession, writing, “Make sure someone is taking care of you after. I thought I’d be fine and forgot my whole pill taking schedule and got a little addicted to pain meds. Scary.”

She also encouraged fans to purchase an “angled pillow on Amazon for sleeping sitting up” during the recovery process. Last but not least, Bristowe told fans to steer clear of social media. “Don’t make decisions or shop,” she wrote. “I couldn’t stop shopping and I barely remember.”

The reality star shared that she got a breast augmentation in May in a hilarious social media video. At the time, she FaceTimed her friends and family while holding up fake sonogram photos of her “left breast” and “right breast.”

“Telling friends and family I got twins,” she captioned the post, joking that she was no longer in the “itty bitty titty committee.”

“New boob goofin,” she added. “Don’t worry IBTC I may not be the CEO anymore but definitely still part of the club.”

After getting her breasts done, Bristowe showed off her figure in a sexy bikini. In June, she rocked a black design featuring halter straps and fringe embellishments. She teamed the top with high-cut bottoms that hugged her hips and were finished with a cheeky backside. In the clip, she danced around on her patio, feeling more confident than ever.
