Tyson Beckford is opening up about the highs and lows of dating as a celebrity.

“I have trust issues. I’ve been cheated on,” Tyson, 54, shared during the Sunday, July 13, premiere of Kings Court. “I can give you a couple scenarios. Once, I was dating this girl and I went out of town for a couple weeks, and we were sharing a dog so I came back. She was seeing some other guy, and the guy was walking my dog, and then it ended up in Page Six.”

In Bravo’s new reality show, Tyson — along with NBA all-star Carlos Boozer and WWE legend Thaddeus “Titus O’Neil” Bullard — are searching for their queen among 21 single ladies.

Although Tyson has made a career out of being a supermodel, the famous bachelor said it hasn’t been easy trying to find his forever person.

Tyson continued, “I want you to know that s*** hurt me. That s*** hurt me bad.”

Hosts Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete are hoping Tyson, Carlos, 43, and Titus, 48, are all able to build special connections as they embark on a new experience.

While each guy has their own reason for joining the show, Tyson explained that he’s ready to settle down.

“I don’t care what nobody says. Dating a celebrity is very hard,” he said in his introduction. “Being around beautiful women is almost normal in my world, but women have a hard time trusting me. I mean look at this face. It’s mischievous.”

All jokes aside, Tyson said it’s time “to put his big boy pants on and get my groove back.”

During one date with a woman named Brookell, Tyson confessed that she looked very familiar.

“I do know you. I slid into your DMs before,” he said before clarifying his intention. “I just gave you a compliment, said you were beautiful and left it at that because I don’t want to be that creepy guy on Instagram. If you can tell a woman she’s beautiful and it makes her day, I love to do that.”
