Liam Neeson is saying goodbye to his New York City penthouse.
The Naked Gun actor has sold his property in the Big Apple for $10.3 million, Us Weekly confirmed on Tuesday, August 5. (The New York Post was first to report the news.)
Matthew Coleman of Coleman Real Estate Group held the listing, which was initially placed on the market in March for $10.75 million.
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom property is located in the heart of Lincoln Square and offers sweeping views of Central Park and glimpses of the Hudson River.
What Pamela Anderson and Liam Neeson Have Said About Their 'Chemistry'
According to the online listing, the next lucky owner will enjoy a large-scale dining area perfect for hosting sizeable parties. The primary suite alone features two luxurious spa-like baths, a boudoir and a home gym.
As an added bonus, the property also features a 24-hour doorman, concierge and live-in super for any needs that come up.
While it’s unclear where Neeson, 73, is headed next, the actor and his late wife, Natasha Richardson, purchased the property in 1999 for around $3.9 million, according to Robb Report.
He also reportedly listed the condo for $12.75 million in 2024 before briefly pulling the listing.

Putting real estate aside, Neeson has had a summer to remember as he celebrated the release of his new movie with costar Pamela Anderson.
When asked about their bond on the Today show, Neeson avoided putting a label on the relationship.
“I had never met Pamela before,” he explained to Craig Melvin on July 29. “We met on set. And we discovered we had a lovely, budding chemistry — as two actors. It’s like, ‘Oh, this is nice. Let’s not mold this. Let’s just let it breathe.’ And that’s what we did.”
Neeson added, “Every day was like a joy.”
Us confirmed their romance that same day, with a source saying the pair always had chemistry while they were filming, and their friendship naturally developed into something more.

Since the romance was made public, stars like Jamie Lee Curtis and Andy Cohen have joined family members in showing support for the relationship.
“Natasha was a dear friend of mine,” Cohen, 57, said during the Wednesday, July 30, broadcast of SiriusXM’s Radio Andy. “And I’m gonna tell you something, I and all of the friends in this circle, are very much stanning, whatever this is.”
