Mikayla Matthews can really do it all — and in heels.
In a TikTok video shared on Saturday, August 2, The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star could be seen precariously balancing on one high heel while holding her newborn baby and wearing a sleep mask.
“How it feels balancing postpartum + 4 kids and being the breadwinner,” she wrote across the video, which was part of the TikTok balance challenge.
“2 weeks postpartum yesterday and we are TIRED lol ,” she captioned the post.
Mikayla, 25, welcomed her fourth baby with husband Jace Terry on July 17. She announced the birth of Lottie June via a video shared on TikTok.

“Been soaking in the last couple days with our perfect baby girl I can’t wait to share all the details with you guys
@Jace Terry,” she captioned the black-and-white clip, which showed the newborn sleeping on her mother’s chest, being rocked by her father and enjoying some cuddle sessions with her older siblings.
Mikayal and Jace, 30, are also mom and dad to Beckham, 7, Haven, 5, and Tommie, 3. The couple married in 2018.
Mikayla revealed her pregnancy with baby No. 4 in February. “Thought I’d finally announce the next step on my healing journey ,” she wrote via Instagram alongside family photos that showed off her growing baby bump and sonogram images. “Can’t wait to love on this baby
.”
The reality star also spoke to People about her fourth pregnancy, which was unexpected — but welcomed.
“It was definitely a surprise! We were not planning or trying. I miss my period a lot with my health issues, so for me it’s normal to sometimes be off track. Then a month and a half went by and I was telling my friends, like, ‘Maybe I should take a test,’” she told the outlet at the time. “I wasn’t having any symptoms, which made me think I wasn’t pregnant because I usually get symptoms very early, like, two or three weeks in. Then I take the test and it was instantly positive.”

Mikayla, who has an undisclosed health condition, added, “With my health stuff, I didn’t think I could get pregnant right now.”
“My husband was with me when I took the test. He never really has much of a reaction to anything, but we were both pretty in shock. Then it set in and we got really excited. We’re definitely excited, nervous about my health and possibly passing anything on, but excited,” she shared.

Mikayla also said the pair may not be finished having children. “I’m surrounded by Mormon culture still and my husband’s siblings all have so many kids,” she explained. “They’re like, ‘Once you hit three kids, you can have 10 kids.’ That’s kind of the mindset I have. When people ask me how many kids I want, I’m like, ‘I’ve always wanted three or four, but I could see myself having six.’”
