Season 4 of The Morning Show isn’t just considering a “feminist utopia” at UBN — it is also throwing in plenty of feuds, sex scenes and star-studded cast members.
Apple TV+ released the official trailer on Wednesday, August 20, which picked up two years after the UBA-NBN merger. Bradley (Reese Witherspoon) is seen returning to the network but she isn’t the only one, as Cory (Billy Crudup) was seen potentially marking his comeback as well. Very quickly, Bradley and Chip (Mark Duplass) found themselves researching a story that ultimately didn’t sit right with Alex (Jennifer Aniston).
Speaking of Alex, she appeared to be caught between her coworkers in the newsroom as Greta Lee and Marion Cotillard‘s characters faced off against Mia (Karen Pittman).
The biggest reunion, however, was between Alex and Paul (Jon Hamm). Their relationship took some hits in season 3 but their chemistry was evident as they crossed paths for an unknown reason. The sneak peek also teased dramatic fights, a sex scene or two between Lee and Aaron Pierre and more as the stakes appear to be raised in season 4.

In addition to Aniston, 56, Witherspoon, 49, Crudup, 57, Pittman, 39, Duplass, 48, Lee, 42, and Hamm, 54, Nicole Beharie and Nestor Carbonell return. There will also be newcomers Cotillard, Jeremy Irons, Pierre, William Jackson Harper and Boyd Holbrook.

Which TV Shows Are Renewed in 2025-2026?
“The Morning Show is just a beast to film,” she told People in July. “It is layered, it’s complicated, it’s emotional, it hits on a lot of topics and current events, so let’s just say, it’s not Friends.”
Since joining the show in 2019, Aniston noted that bringing the show to life “takes a lot out of you” from season to season.
“We’re involved in every single aspect of the show, on top of just the performance side, which is a big piece of it,” she added at the time. “But I’ve got incredible support, and we have such an incredible team.”
The Morning Show returns September 17 on Apple TV+ with new episodes airing weekly on Wednesdays.
