RHOC’s Gina Kirschenheiter’s Boyfriend Travis' Finances Detailed in Court

Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend Travis Mullen’s finances were revealed as part of his ongoing divorce war, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

Earlier this year, Travis, 39, submitted an income and expense declaration, obtained by Us, as part of his divorce from his ex Meghan Mullen.

Travis said he worked at a genetic testing company as a senior financial analyst. He said he started the job in July 2022 and works 40 hours a week. His gross pay per month comes out to $10,164.

Travis graduated from college with a degree in business administration. On top of that, Travis said he earns $8,333 per month in “trust income.”

Travis, who also became a real estate agent with Gina, said he has worked for four months but has yet to earn any income from selling homes.

In his declaration, Travis said he has $2,221 in cash and money in the bank and $18,199 in stocks and bonds or other assets he could easily sell.

He did not list the value of his personal property. Travis listed it as “TBD.” In his filing, Travis said he lives with the three sons he shares with his ex-wife, along with Gina and her three kids.

He noted that Gina does not pay any of his household expenses. The fact that he said Gina lives with him is interesting, given the RHOC star asked Travis to move out in season 18.

The two did not break up, but instead decided to live separately to allow for some space.

Back in November 2024, Gina told The Daily Dish she had no plans to move back in with Travis at the moment.

“I think it’s working for us both,” she said at the time about living in different homes.

“Everybody keeps saying that, ‘What’s your goal?’ or ‘Where do you see this going in the end?’ and it’s honestly like I just don’t have those answers. I am just focusing on what is happening right now, which is we’re doing well, we’re both content, our children are all OK and happy, and that’s what I choose to focus on.”

In his filing, Travis also listed out his monthly expenses. He said he pays $4,075 a month in rent, $368 in health care costs, $1,000 on groceries, $300 on eating out, $475 on utilities, $111 on his cell phone, $500 on clothes, $420 on education and $845 on car expenses for a total of $8,094.

He said he has spent around $28,255 on legal fees, which he partly paid for by selling investments. Travis said he still owes his lawyer $8,000 for work done on the case.

As Us previously reported, Gina was recently dragged into the divorce battle. On March 31, Travis filed an emergency motion demanding sole legal and physical custody of his children.

He accused his ex of missing two drug tests. He also claimed she allowed one of their kids to miss a ton of school and had interfered with his custodial time.

He said, “Her refusal to take a court-ordered drug test further supports my suspicions that [Meghan] is consuming illegal substances, which could drastically impair her ability to care for our children.”

The court denied Travis’ plea for emergency orders but did schedule a hearing on the matter. For her part, Travis’ ex denied all of his claims.

She told the court, “His filings appear intended to punish and control me, not to protect the children. Travis is using the family court system as a tool of coercive control and retaliation.”

Meghan added, “Travis has made numerous false allegations that I am using illicit substances and passed out in the car pickup line. I categorically deny this. These statements are untrue and unsupported by any credible evidence.”

In addition, Meghan made shocking allegations against Gina. Meghan claimed, “All three children have told me Gina speaks negatively about me and creates tension in the household.”

A source close to Gina told In Touch the claims made by Meghan are “total BS.”

The insider said the allegations were made by a woman desperate to keep custody of her kids.

A hearing is scheduled for later this month.

On the last season of RHOC, Gina and Travis revealed their relationship was having issues, partly due to his ongoing divorce battle.
