Rob Kardashian returned to social media for a special occasion: sister and best friend Khloé Kardashian’s birthday.
“Happy birthday my baby!!!!” Rob, 38, wrote via his Instagram Story on Friday, June 27, sharing a throwback photo with Khloé, 41, from their childhood. “Yayyyy I love you so much!!!!”
Rob added several disco dancing emojis, red balloon emojis, blue heart emojis and teary-eyed emojis for the occasion. Khloé reposted the sweet tribute from her brother, responding, “Love you for life Bobby!!!!”
Rob’s rare social media post also included a photo of Khloé with their late father, Robert Kardashian, when she was a little girl. (Their father died in September 2003 at age 59.)

“Dad would be so proud of the woman and mother you have become,” Rob captioned the Instagram Story snap. “I am so proud of who you have become. You have the biggest heart of anyone I know and I love you!!” He added another teary-eyed emoji and three blue hearts.
Khloé reshared that image as well on her Instagram Stories, replying “Robbb” with two teary-eyed emojis and two crying emojis. “I love you so so much.”

Rob and Khloé’s strong sibling bond was evident from the moment they made their reality TV debuts on Keeping Up With the Kardashians in 2007.
While the pair are part of a big family, their connection has remained constant. (Kris Jenner shared daughters Kourtney, Kim and Khloé, and son Rob with ex-husband Robert. Kris, 69, also shares daughters Kendall and Kylie with ex-spouse Caitlyn Jenner.)

Before KUWTK ended in 2021, Rob decided to step away from the limelight and keep more of a low profile, unlike his sisters. “He is still very much private and prefers low-key celebrations where there aren’t a lot of photographers,” a source exclusively told Us Weekly in 2022. “He doesn’t like being in the spotlight.”
Rob, however, has appeared in a handful of scenes on the family’s Hulu series The Kardashians, which premiered in 2022.

Even without the cameras, Rob has stayed part of the family, sharing glimpses at his love for the women in his life via social media every now and then.
Last year, Rob wished his late father a happy birthday via Instagram in February 2024. He sprinkled in a few photos of his 8-year-old daughter, Dream, whom he shares with ex Blac Chyna, on the app throughout 2024. His last grid post was in November 2024 for Kris’ birthday.

While he’s flown under the radar online, Rob has popped up on his siblings’ profiles from time to time. In June 2024, Rob was on hand to celebrate Khloé’s 40th birthday, according to a video she shared from the milestone occasion.
Earlier this year, Rob attended the Kardashian-Jenner Easter festivities, which both Kim, 44, and Khloé documented via Instagram. He posed for a group photo in April with those two sisters, their mom, and a bunch of the grandchildren.
That same month, Khloé teased Rob’s possible return to The Kardashians. While attending Hulu’s inaugural Get Real House event in Beverly Hills, Khloé was asked whether she thinks Rob will make another appearance on the TV show, to which she responded, “I really do. I always have my faith and confidence in Rob.”
