Scott Wolf’s estranged wife, Kelley Wolf, was seen for the first time since the court granted the actor a temporary restraining order.
Kelley’s friend Josef Kirk Myers shared a Thursday, June 26, Instagram video of them enjoying a meal together at a restaurant in Park City, Utah.
Kelley appeared calm despite her ongoing family drama. In the clip, Kelley’s friend laughed as he asked her, “Wait, Kelley, are you sane? Are you crazy?”
“I mean, like a fox,” Kelley responded while smiling.
The video was posted hours after a judge granted Scott’s request for a restraining order against his estranged wife. The order was signed on Wednesday, June 25, one day after the actor filed his petition in court.

As Us Weekly first reported, the court awarded Scott temporary sole physical custody of their three children. The judge said the decision was reached due to Kelley allegedly trying to remove the kids from the country, combined with the “behavior sufficient for Kelley to be detained by law enforcement and subsequently placed on an involuntary psychiatric commitment.”
Courtesy of Josef Kirk Myers/InstagramThe order requires Kelley to not contact Scott or their children. Kelley will not have any parent time or contact until a future hearing. The pair, who wed in 2004, share three children: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11.
Scott has exclusive use of the couple’s home in Park City, according to the court order.
The judge set a hearing for July 1, where he will hear the parties on Kelley having supervised parent time and any financial matters that need to be addressed.

The temporary restraining order will remain in effect until July 9, unless the court modifies it beforehand.
The public drama started on June 10 when Scott announced he had filed for divorce the day before.

The actor continued, “Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”
Since the split, Kelley was detained by law enforcement while on Instagram Live. She was taken to a hospital and released a short time later.

Kelley, who starred on The Real World in 2000, has been vocal on social media.
On the day that Kelley was detained, a distressed female called 911 from her and Scott’s home. The unidentified caller described a family feud at the home involving her brother-in-law. The caller explained she was going through a difficult divorce.

The alleged victim initially claimed the choke did not restrict air and blood flow but then told the officer it may have restricted air and blood flow.
The officers left the home without any arrests. The alleged victim was called two days later by authorities. He said he did not want to press charges over the previous assault.

“[The alleged victim] stated that he … no longer wished to pursue charges because of some recent developments involving [redacted] that he believed would provide them some solutions,” the report noted.
Scott has yet to speak out about the restraining order.
