According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, Hutchins’ official cause of death was listed as multiple blunt force injuries. Her place of death was a cliff and the manner is listed as an accident.

The impact forced the ATV over the shoulder of the road and sent Hutchins approximately 350 feet down into a ravine. She was pronounced dead at the scene, per TMZ.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Sergeant Eduardo Saucedo also shared details about Hutchins’ fatal crash in a rare interview with the Daily Mail.

“It looks like she may have been speeding and rear-ended the other car, the other party, and then that caused her to veer to the right and go off the cliff,” Saucedo told the outlet on July 5. “It doesn’t seem like she was following them. I think she just came up on them and then hit the car. It looked like she tried to maneuver to go around it, but she was going too fast and just ended up clipping the rear end of that Mazda, causing her to veer off and go off the cliff there.”
