Big Brother 27‘s Jimmy Heagerty credited former ally Morgan Pope for his eviction rather than Head of Household Mickey Lee.
“I know [Morgan] was working behind the scenes to send me home. I know she was whipping votes to get me out of the house. We barely had conversations about it,” Jimmy, 25, exclusively told Us Weekly on Friday, August 8, following his elimination from the game. “Something I respect [about] Mickey is [that] we talked, and she was consistently there for me.”
Jimmy explained that while Mickey, 35, decided to put him up as replacement nominee, he respected that she was always there for him “as a friend,” unlike Morgan.
“Morgan was nowhere to be found, and because of that, I have a lot more respect in the game for Mickey than I do for Morgan,” he shared.

Mickey became this week’s HOH after she activated her secret power to dethrone Rylie Jeffries, who won the competition. The event curator put up Rylie, Kelley Jorgensen and Keanu Soto. While Keanu has been the house’s target since Jimmy’s HOH reign in week two, he has pulled himself off the block each time — including this week. After winning the Power of Veto, Keanu warned Morgan, 33, and Mickey, who formed the Triple Threat alliance with Jimmy at the start of the game, that their ally was playing both sides of the house.
Morgan and Mickey decided it was best to get rid of Jimmy for their games. Mickey subsequently nominated Jimmy for eviction before he had the chance to defend himself. Jimmy told Us he tried to make his case to Morgan and Mickey, but they would not listen to him.
“They were just not having it. I was essentially told I was being put up without getting the chance to defend myself or hearing the arguments that were being used against me,” he said. “At the end of the day, I would have followed them into the sun, and knowing that the trust was not shared is tough.”

Jimmy added that he has mixed feelings about Morgan and Mickey’s move to get him out.
“I think that taking out a big player early on is always a good opportunity when you have it, especially somebody like myself, who I think would have probably done a pretty good job of avoiding the block moving forward,” he confessed. “But at the end of the day, what I don’t respect is working with people you supposedly trust and taking other people’s word over their own and putting them up without giving them the opportunity to defend themselves.”
Jimmy was evicted in a memorable vote of 9-2 thanks to Ashley Hollis’ diary room snafu. While Jimmy’s exit seemed on the tamer side, he teased that he “planted plenty of seeds” to his fellow guests about mistrusting Morgan, Zach Cornell and Vince Panaro.

“I feel like I accomplished that goal without needing to be messy upon my departure. Listen, I was messy enough in this house. I didn’t need to whip out my spoon before leaving,” he told Us. “I definitely gave them one more sunglasses toss for their nerve. But at the end of the day, I thought I’d planted my seeds, and I wanted to follow Rachel [Reilly’s] advice, be classy, not sassy. And I think that’s definitely how I left the house.”
Jimmy added that if he had stayed in the game, Morgan, Zach and Vince would have been his targets.
“I know that trio is dangerous in this game … I actually hyped up Mickey, I said, ‘If y’all get out Morgan, Mickey is much easier to work with.’ And I told that to Ava [Pearl,] I told that to Ashley, I told that to Rachel. I told it to, frankly, anybody who would listen,” he explained. “I was planting seeds against Vince, with Rachel, with Kelley, with Keanu, with anyone who would listen because I know these people listen.”
