WWE star Brock Lesnar‘s daughter Mya promoted body positivity in a new video showcasing her strength that came with a powerful message.
“But they talk behind your back,” the 23-year-old wrote in a statement featured on her latest Instagram clip shared on Monday, August 18, dismissing critics with a waving hand gesture while the “No, I don’t wanna be friends” lyrics from Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” played.
“Was made for lifting, not listening. #shotput #thrower #athlete #womenwholift #trackandfield #fieldevents #strengthtraining,” she captioned her viral post on the social media platform.
Mya confidently strutted toward the camera in the clip, sporting a halter crop top and denim skort before tucking her hair to one side and proudly showing off her biceps as she flexed her muscles.

“When people at the gym ask me what my goals are, I’m going to show them this,” one commenter replied. “All of this!!!! [You’re] amazing!!!” a second remarked. “Girl you are literal inspiration,” a third agreed, and a fourth cheered her on, writing, “Okay Mya go off.”
Mya has proven to be a force while attending Colorado State University.

She secured a Shot Put champion title at the 2024 Mountain West Conference and was dubbed the No. 1 in the nation in a post shared by Colorado State Track Field XC account.
“National Champion #1 in the country and a season I will never forget,” Mya wrote about her accomplishment via her own Instagram. “I persevered and fought until the end. I learned a lot about myself and trusted the process. Grateful for @throwing_smarter for trusting me and taking a chance. None of this would be possible without the support and love I received daily from my coaches, teammates, and family.
Proud to be a RAM.
